At the left of the building (on 2nd Ave) is the overhead gate for warehouse. The office entrance is the wood door to the right (on 49th Street). A sign on it has 4821 2nd Ave. USA Wholesale Club used to be at 2410 65th St. That, a much smaller space than this, is now a beauty clinic. Update February 2008: 1StopPlasma.com is no longer in business, and USAWholesaleClub.com is no longer their business partner and now shows 1412 Avenue M, a mailbox store that already appears here for others.
