Regency Rosewood and Tunbridge Ware Marquetry Tea Caddy
First quarter of the 19th century
The hinged coved lid opening to an interior fitted with a pair of hinged lidded foil-lined canisters centering a circular recess, the tapering case raised on turned ebonized feet.

Very good restored condition, now with shiny varnish, the locking mechanism to the lid present, interior now lacking mixing bowl, minor lifting to marquetry. This has now been restored.
Dimensions for mixing bowl: hole dia: 4-3/8", hole is 3-1/8" - 3-1/2" above bottom, maximum bowl height: 5-1/8".
